If your order is less than 149 EUR, delivery cost will be applied. Delivery cost may vary for different products as size and weights vary. All shipping costs are described in the particular product description.

Are payments safe?

Yes! Your order's security is our top priority. We are SSL certified to ensure your data protection.

You can use your Credit card to shop at American Express, Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted. As part of the ordering process, you will need to enter your Credit card number, the expiry date and the verification code on the backside on your card. Stripe will process your payments for additional security, and your account will be charged once the order has been submitted.

You can use your PayPal account to shop at Simply select PayPal as your payment method at the check-out section, and you will be automatically forwarded to the PayPal payment system. Once the order has been completed, you will receive a purchase confirmation via email.

We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by your card issuer or bank, in accordance with your order, or customs fees that may arise.

What should I do if my order is not delivered on time?

In the unlikely event you do not receive the order when scheduled or if your order is missing, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to put things back on track as soon as possible!

Returns policy

We hope to leave you as pleased as possible, which is why we offer a 30 days Return Policy. Just get in touch with us at to let us know what you're unhappy with. We'll see what we can do to help. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Foldyfox for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of delivery date. To request an RMA, write to
  2. Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
  3. All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.

* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Foldyfox determines that.

If you wish to exchange to another item (e.g. a different design), please notify our customer service team at Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and additional shipping charges can be applied to sending out the exchanged item (shipping charges vary according to the selected method of delivery).

If you return Product to Foldyfox (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package, Foldyfox retains the right to either refuse returns that do not comply with conditions (a) or (b) or refuse replacement or refund.

A refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within two (2) weeks after receiving your return and once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check.
If the returned item has clear signs of use, Foldyfox reserves the right to issue a partial refund by deducting an amount equal to the damage.

Canceling an order

If you've changed your mind about an order you've just made, you can request that it's canceled within an hour of your purchase as long as it hasn't been shipped yet.
